No-Bake Key Lime Cheesecake Cup

Ingredients (4–6 cups)

Cheesecake Filling

  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Layers

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Topping

  • Whipped cream
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh lime zest
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust
    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the crumbs resemble wet sand.
  2. Make the filling
    • Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
    • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble
    • Spoon a layer of graham cracker crumbs into each clear dessert cup.
    • Add a generous layer of cheesecake filling.
    • Repeat the layers until the cup is almost full.
  4. Decorate
    • Pipe whipped cream on top.
    • Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
    • Garnish with fresh lime zest and a lime slice.
  5. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours before serving for the best texture.

Tips

  • Use Key limes for a more authentic flavour.
  • Chill the mixing bowl before whipping the cream for better volume.
  • Add a few drops of green food colouring if you want the same pale green colour shown in the photo.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
