Cheesecake Filling
- 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layers
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

- Whipped cream

Instructions
- Prepare the crust
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the crumbs resemble wet sand.
- Make the filling
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla. Beat until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
